This is a technique I came up with when I was really worried
I worry a lot
I'm a worrying person
So I think of ways to deal with my worry and this (so far) is my favorite:
Worry about it later
Yeah. Just combine procrastination with said worry and you've satisfied your need to deal with it now by having right now placed the item to be worried about into a bin which will be worried about later
Except
That when later rolls around, and this worry pops up asking to be paid attention to by me, I unfortunately must at that point just
