Breathing as letting go

This is a way to breathe by letting go. I also call it: nothing breathing

It is said in breathing meditation that you don't have to worry about the in breath—because the in breath happens by itself. Once you breathe all the way out, nothing is required of you to breathe in. It happens naturally

All is left is to breathe out

And even breathing out you do not have to think about—because (if you let every effort go) you will automatically breathe out as far as you need to

So

Breathing is all letting go

Because nothing is required of you in order to continue breathing

What happens is: you let go of all effort. You notice that you are breathing. And you notice that nothing is required of you in order to do so

And

Noticing yourself breathing is something for you to do

As you're doing nothing else

Now that you've let go
